At Olé Oops, it is possible to create your own collection, the one that you proudly want to present to your customers, in the image of your store.

What is the advantage of creating my own collection?

The reason is simple: needs and tastes are not up for discussion. You have built your business in your image. Your personality, the atmosphere of your business and the products you choose to offer will have forged your clientele over time. YOU are better placed than anyone to meet the needs of YOUR clientele by offering them the patterns and colors most likely to cause them to "fall in love".

Please read the following to better understand our available options.

I already have my designs in hand

--> If your designs are usable as is, are royalty-free and are ready for printing, our team will receive your files and check the format and quality of the visuals. If it is a continuous pattern, make sure that once assembled, the result is harmonious and without anomalies. We are here to help you if necessary.
--> Retouching is needed? Whether it is minor (color changes) or major (composition or element changes), we will be happy to offer you our graphic design services. We will adjust according to your needs (fixed rate payable once, determined according to the complexity and number of retouches to be made).

I'm starting from scratch, or almost!

--> Don't panic if you don't have any designs in hand. Our graphic designer's eye and years of experience in choosing trendy illustrations will certainly help you. The more details you provide us, the easier it will be for us to get closer to the style , vibe , design and colors of the products you want to create.

Will your products cost me more?

--> No! If your designs are usable as is (100% print-ready files), you will not be charged any additional fees. In other words, your cost per product will be exactly the same as if you were choosing from our regular designs.
--> However, in the event of alterations, we will discuss together a fixed rate payable only once, determined according to the scale of the work, the number of alterations, etc. Thereafter, your cost per product will remain the same as our regular products.
--> If you prefer that we go hunting for patterns and submit our ideas to you, we can also offer you a price based on the number of models chosen (and our research time, if the final choices are slow to be finalized). Afterwards, your cost per product will remain the same as our regular products.

In any case, the more specific you are about your idea, the more advantageous it will be for you!

MINKY CARE

Our blankets, bedding and accessories made of minky are easy to care for and durable. We suggest washing your products in cold water and drying them at low temperature. They will keep their new look for a very long time.

Caution: For some obscure reason, very mild baby soaps (such as Ivory) appear to cause discoloration in very rare cases.

If you are using this type of soap, we recommend that you set the colors first, as follows:

To prevent color loss from your minky blanket:
1. Before the first wash only, concoct a mixture of half a cup of vinegar white, half a cup of salt and a liter of lukewarm water.
2. Soak your item (in a basin or directly in the washing machine) for 30 minutes.
4. Rinse with cold water, then dry.
5. Proceed with a normal wash.

MUSLIN CARE

Our muslins are made of 70% bamboo rayon and 30% natural cotton fiber. We designed them this way to maintain maximum softness while giving them a boost in durability.

However, muslin remains a fragile material. It should not be hung or twisted in the washing machine (be careful with zippers, snaps and overly full loads of laundry). We are speaking to you with full knowledge of the facts! We suggest washing them at the same time as a small load of bath towels, for example.

PS: Don't hesitate to wash your muslins frequently since they soften considerably with each wash. Hence the importance of taking good care of them :o)
