Deadlines and delivery
MANUFACTURING TIME

The manufacturing time for your order is between 2 and 10 business days, on average. The customization of a product and special events that impact traffic (pre-sales, promotions, holiday season, etc.) can extend this time by a few days. At that time, the processing of your order could reach 12 business days. In the rare cases where we are unable to produce within 10 days, we notify our customers individually, by email and/or by telephone.
Follow-up after order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping information. Once your package has been collected by the carrier (usually the same day or the next day), your tracking number will be provided and you will be able to follow all the stages of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Shipping costs in envelope without tracking number :
In Canada:
--> Small envelope (health record, cute comforter): $2.99
--> Large envelope (bamboo muslin, pillowcase): $4.99
--> Delivery time: 2 to 10 working days
Parcel delivery costs with tracking number :
In Canada:
--> Purchase under $49.99: $9.99 (“envelope” option available)
--> Purchase between $49.99 and $119.98: $4.99
--> Regular price purchase* starting at $119.99: Free
--> Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days
*Free shipping is offered on regular priced purchases only and cannot be combined with any promotion.
Exceptions:
Additional charges and delays may occur for deliveries to Northern British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Labrador, Newfoundland, Nunavut and Nunavik. In these cases, we will contact you to inform you of the additional shipping charges.
If you do not accept these additional charges, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. The entire order will be refunded to you immediately.
Delivery conditions:
Orders are, without exception, delivered to the address you provided to us when placing your order.
Please note that Oops & Ole Hop is not responsible for unclaimed packages and the costs associated with returning your package. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the second delivery attempt of an unclaimed or returned order due to an incorrect address.
