Return Policy

RETURN POLICY


Our products are exchangeable or refundable within 30 days of receiving your package. The product must be new, in its original condition, and must not be washed or used.

OOPS and OLEHOP will cover the return shipping costs in the event that an error occurred during the shipping of your order (wrong pattern, color or product, for example). We will also cover the return shipping costs if the product received is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us by email at info@oopsbb.ca.

For any other return request that is not due to a defect or error on our part, we charge a flat fee of $9.99 to ensure the return of the package by one of our carriers. In the case of an exchange, a new order must be placed on our website with the shipping costs in effect.

Here are the steps to follow to submit a return request to us:

1. Click on the profile icon in the store navigation (top right).

2. Enter your email address in the field provided and click “Continue”.

3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to you by email to identify you.

4. Log in to your account.

5. Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.

6. If your order contains more than one item, please select the one(s) you wish to return to us.

7. Please let us know the reason for the return.

8. Click on “request a return”.

*Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email within the next few days informing you of the steps to follow to return your items to us. A return label will also be provided to you.
